Our technician Frank was great – came when expected, spent a lot of time working on the machine and talking with us about what he was doing, and in the end was able to tell us what we need to do and gave us a couple of options and we couldn’t be more pleased

Called to have my water heater looked at .It was not heating the water only getting Luke warm. Frank the technician from world appliances came well with in the time window and actually early .I showed him where the water heater was and left him do his thing, after about 10 -20 minutes he had it diagnosed call me to show what the issue was and what the fix would coast and how to prevent it in the future. The coast was very reasonably I gave the OK. Frank was very efficient and timely 👏. Overall the price was reasonable and the technician did a great job along with being informative and helpful 👏

I got did a great job. Our stove clicked and clicked after it was lit. We’ve had other repair people out here to fix it, but Victor took the time to figure out what the source of the problem was.
