    People from the San Fernando Valley area.I recommend this beauty salon, where Frances and Ceci will make you look younger?; They are super friendly and professional.I use a toupee (hair prosthesis) and I put it on with very long hair and Ceci makes a spectacular cut and that's how it turned out...
