The receptionist/medical assistant Andrea was supper nice, she was carrying and welcoming. Andrea made feel very comfortable and safe since I needed to get a shot. Thank you for what you do and keep up the good work 👍

For the most part I received the care I needed for what I had however I will say that they don’t really bother explaining to you what you have or other alternatives. They love to prescribe injections for everything you might have which is annoying considering most of the time you get nurses who don’t know how to give injections. Another thing they don’t willingly offer sick slips they act as if it’s the most tedious thing to do. I was out for five days with pneumonia and when I reached out to get a sick slips they would only give me the days in which I got injections not the other two days I was out due to fever caused by the injections. They never answer the phone and when they do it’s a rushed conversation. If it’s needed or the closest Urgent care near you then it’s fine it’ll cost a lot but they’ll do what they can but I would recommend going to another clinic or even wiring in an er.

I went here for an emergency but the doctor was an old man barely could walk or talk, didnt ask me a single thing a prescribed me a lot of medications for no reason. A lot of money waisted as well

We came here at night when my husband had bad pain from what we learned was a kidney stone. The strip mall looked kind of abandoned and there was no one at the front desk when we got there, but I think at night the nurse does double duty. We were in and out in 2 hours and he got the medical attention he needed and was finally able to sleep and stopped vomiting. We were charged $635 for the first visit which included the urine test, 3 bottles of pills and 3 shots, then he had to come back for a $150 ultrasound (which they offer every Saturday between 8-2) and 2 more times for $150 and $115 antibiotic shots. This place is great for people like us who don't have health insurance. You will have to pay either right before the service or right after, but I think that's how they keep the prices relatively low. It's great to have an alternative to the emergency room, and this place offers way more services than an urgent care clinic. 4 stars because of the inconsistency of prices, and also they tried to charge us $500 for a hydration IV which I don't think he needed and we turned down. Also not 100% sure he needed the antibiotic shots in addition to the antibiotic pills he was taking.

Brought my mom here because she was feeling extremely ill and has no medical insurance. The nurse that helped us was great, but boy does this place like to take your money! I'm giving it 4 stars because my mom really liked the service from the nurse we got. But it sucks that this place is obviously aimed towards the Latino community and they charge very expensive amounts! Being in a low-income neighborhood, they should be a little more considerate of their prices. My mom was told that she needed a total of 6 injections and IV. Unfortunately, we could not afford it. We only chose to go with 3 of the 6 because we only had enough for those. Again, OK service but very expensive!!

Esta clinica que esta en Laurel Canyon and Victory Boulevard in North Hollywood California 0 estrellas de lo peor hase 1 mes fui a aserme un chequeo fisico estube 2 horas y cuando fui por Los resultados se supine q ya no te cobran la consulta y me cobraron $20 que por que ya hsia mas de un mes y nunca me dijeron que despues del mes te cobran por entregarte los resultados solo para q el doctor me dijera que esa normal rodo espere 1 hora y me cobraron la consulta no ballan a esta clinica . Cuando tengan que hir al doctor les recomiendo Northeast Valley health corporation.
