Abbey and his team deserve 10 stars for the work they do. After going through the process of getting quotes to replace our AC and furnace, Banner was not only the most reasonable quote for the scope of the work, but because of Abbey's background in mechanical engineering, was also going to be what worked best for our home. He really considered the square footage, and what was necessary for our house when other quotes were trying to upsell us on tonnage. Abbey was one of multiple estimates I got for the replacement of my AC, furnace, and ductwork. Unlike all the other contractors who just copied the old existing system, his estimate was based on calculations he did to size the tonnage and ductwork I exactly needed. My intake was too small for the size of the HVAC tonnage I needed so it had to be widened. Minor work but essential to the function of the system in the long run. Abbey is a mechanical engineer and very experienced. He explains the things you need and those you don’t.He is honest and will not sell you anything you don’t need. Working with Abbey and the team at Banner was a pleasure. Abbey was very detailed and gave great guidance about the best roof air contioning unit for me to replace an old one that was no longer working. I received 4 different bids and Banner's was the most reasonable for the superior brand I preferred. Abbey made sure the engineering was thorough so that the new unit could fit where the old one did. They were able to complete the installation in one day. I am completely thrilled with the unit I got.
