Air Products installed our high efficiency system 20+ years ago and has been maintaining it twice a year since then. Every one of the employees I’ve dealt with over the years has been an outstanding representative of the company. Today Eduardo Ramirez did my summer maintenance. I can’t speak highly enough of him. Friendly, knowledgeable, diligent, are words that initially pop into my mind. Air Products is a first rate company run by people who care about their customers. You won’t find a better, more professional organization to deal with your A/C or Heating needs.
The company is responsive and efficient but your experience totally depends on which technician you get. We had one who took shortcuts and caused problems (which the company took responsibility for and had fixed at no charge). The next one was very good and the third—suggested by a knowledgeable friend—was incredible. Eduardo Ramirez came today and I will ask for him from now on! Finding him felt like going to a specialist after being in the hands of an average GP—so much more knowledge and so much more effective at curing the patient! As a bonus he is extremely kind. Air Products and Services recently installed a brand new HVAC system, including new furnace, AC condenser, ducting, and vents. Sal and George were very professional and easy to work with. They paid attention to every detail, including touching up paint on the screw heads for the vent covers when needed. The new system works great and they even added a second return to maximize air flow. The company even worked around our kitchen remodel project. They removed the old unit and ducting and sealed each vent. After our remodel was complete they promptly finished the job with a brand new system. This was so helpful!
