Everything you’re looking for! Great coaches, friendly environment, and a bunch of people dedicated to making your jiu jitsu journey worth while. If you’re trying to get in shape, they got you covered. Want to get into jiu jitsu/Muay Thai/wrestling, they got you covered. Stressed and depressed, they got you covered AND you’ll be walking out feeling brand new after 1 class. Great environment and really awesome people.
I’ve been training at this gym for almost a year now and it’s a great place to train whether you’re brand new to Jiu-Jitsu or already have experience. As a beginner myself, I really appreciated the strong fundamentals program. They do a great job breaking things down and making the learning process approachable. They also offer wrestling and Muay Thai classes, which is a huge plus and adds a lot of value to the training here.
Great community, tough training partners, and great coaches. I landed on this gym about a year and a half ago and haven’t regretted it since. If you’re a competitor or a hobbyist you should try the gym out and see if it fits.
