As an older dude who'se always wanted to try BJJ I was always hesitant because my job depends on me being physically intact. now my only regret is that I didn't walk into this gym sooner. Everyone (leadership most of all) are nothing but friendly, caring, genuinely invested in the members well being and progress, and really know BJJ (history and up to date). As a result the members all share the same values and are all dedicated to taking care of each other, progressing together, and learning from one another. Best group of people i've ever met. BJJ doesn't save lives but the people at the gym doing BJJ together save each other's lives.

In town from Dallas for the holidays, came to an open mat. The facilities were top notch and very clean, the staff were very friendly and professional. The sub flooring was awesome. Enjoyed some high-level rolls, great conversations, met some cool people. I will definitely be back whenever I’m in town. If you live in the area check these guys out.

I’ve been training here for over a year now and I have to say this place feels like home. Coach Alder is an Eddie Bravo Black belt and has a plethora of students. Coach Animal and Coach Ryan run the fundamentals class and they are both excellent instructors. Very detailed instruction. This is a very good school and have seen a lot of progress not only in myself but everyone else around me - especially the new students. I highly recommend this school if you are interested in learning jiujitsu. Oss
