Real old school karate here with makiwaras, emphasis on human development and mental discipline. Very tough to find anything better than Fujishima-sensei’s style of teaching. You are dealing with one of the remaining legends of karate.

These classes are great for anyone who wants a healthy exercise routine that builds physical strength and speed, or has an interest in traditional Japanese Shotokan Karate. Fujishima-sensei offers very detailed instruction that can take anyone from beginner to expert level. The advanced students at this dojo often give one-on-one help to anyone who asks.
