These classes are great for anyone who wants a healthy exercise routine that builds physical strength and speed, or has an interest in traditional Japanese Shotokan Karate. Fujishima-sensei offers very detailed instruction that can take anyone from beginner to expert level. The advanced students at this dojo often give one-on-one help to anyone who asks.
A traditional Shotokan dojo led by a true master. The experienced team who have been training here for decades are supportive and friendly. A truly special place to train, build confidence, discipline, respect and fitness.
This is not another McDojo. Emphasis is on Traditional Shotokan Karate. Hanshi Fujishima has been teaching in the San Fernando Valley since 1969 and is one of the few old school instructors still around. A rare opportunity indeed.
