“The care teams are kind and responsive. My high rating is about the quality of the care teams showing compassion and individualization. I will put in a note that the phone system and amount of navigating the portal and separate calls/emails/texts for making and confirming appts, payment, etc., could be more coordinated so not as many calls or callbacks for patients to complete these tasks. I think there were 4 or 6 touch points, in order to get prescriptions refilled. It seems that is happening with other care communities - - getting more complicated for simple things.”
