*CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEW* I found this company through Groupon about a month ago and intended to use it right before Christmas. I put off scheduling the appointment and finally remembered to do it this morning. To my shock, they were fully booked (apparently everyone wants a clean house for the holidays, who would have thought). As new parents and homeowners, my husband and I are hosting our first Christmas to celebrate my daughter's first Christmas. RUBY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. I found this company on Groupon after yet another disappointment from one of the big "Uber of housekeeping" companies. I believe the deal was $109 for 4 hours of cleaning - with an additional 20% off Groupon special discount. Making an appointment took several phone calls and that was a little frustrating. I left messages for two days before I finally got someone on the phone (no one ever returned my calls). Persistence is the key to getting an appointment. Once I got someone on the phone, the next available appointment was over a week away... which was disappointing but I took it.
