Sunshine was amazing! They arrived at 8 AM with a true workforce and a sense of humor. The forecast was rain in the afternoon and they got the roof beautifully finished before then! They also worked around two issues to make sure we didn’t get held up. One out of three skylights came with the wrong flashing kit, but they were able to make one for us. They also offered to come back a second time to install the downspouts after my stucco is applied… Working up to the install day, Sunshine patiently updated our agreement as I changed my mind a couple times. Our roof was leaking during the recent rains and it was really difficult to get anyone to come out and see what the problem was. Sunshine Roofing was working in my neighborhood and I walked over and spoke with Julio, who was the manager. He agreed to take a look at the roof when he finished his current job. He came a few days later, diagnosed where the water was coming in, advised on how to improve the gutters. He sent me an estimate for the work the following week and the work was done a couple of weeks later. I was very impressed by Julio's responsiveness as well as the quality of the work. Without hesitation, I would recommend Sunshine Roofing.
