My son was there for a few days. Although he didn’t necessarily enjoy being there I was very pleased with the professionalism of his case worker Kristin and his therapist Michelle as well as everyone I spoke with there. Kristin and Michelle wete both very thorough and kept me informed of everything that was going on with my son. When I went to visit my son I was treated very respectfully and actually everyone I met from their staff seemed kind and considerate.Glenda, Shae, Trey, and William were all very friendly. As well as professional. Anytime I wanted to speak with my son during the phone hours it was never a problem. He was also able to phone me and anyone...read full review

First of all, the reviews scared me and had me worried about my teenager being admitted there, but I was thankful that my son and I had a good experience. The reviews are pretty bad 😬.

My son stayed for nearly two weeks, and I felt that the staff and medical personnel treated my son fairly and had caring hearts. The daily showers are good, especially if there’s a struggle with depression. Self-care tends to go, and the daily showers may be helpful.

It was so boring there the gym didn't have that much stuff unlike a regular gym and the stuff were abusive against other patients and the food was mid. Also it felt repetitive because everyone had to participate in group and shower every morning and it was ok, the water pressure was awful and the only good thing about this place was that I made a lot of friends and you can call at certain times and you can visit between 4:15 and 5:15 which is cool but other than that this facility is not recommended for anyone with mental health problems
