It was so boring there the gym didn't have that much stuff unlike a regular gym and the stuff were abusive against other patients and the food was mid. Also it felt repetitive because everyone had to participate in group and shower every morning and it was ok, the water pressure was awful and the only good thing about this place was that I made a lot of friends and you can call at certain times and you can visit between 4:15 and 5:15 which is cool but other than that this facility is not recommended for anyone with mental health problems
I was hospitalized here in june of 2023, i had a bad case of psychosis, and i was awake for a good 4 days, when i got here from kaiser in santa rosa i was terrified, the staff acted very weird and cold to me, even poking fun at me too, many times i had panic episodes and the staff would restrain me (very roughly) and sedate me, one time they gave me a sedative the first or second night called haldol, this stuff gave me a VERY bad allergic reaction, and even lead to me being incoherent and essentially in a vegetative state the day after, and then i collapsed to the floor.

i went here last may and i would like to say that it was a very friendly experience, loved the two female day nurses cant quite remember there names but i believe they were cam and Marie they were so respectful to patients and staff, never made me feel uncomfortable, and were always willing to answer questions(even dumb ones) i miss them a-lot and i hope everyone else can have as good of experience as i did.
