Clients describe their experiences as incredible, extraordinary, and perfect, often feeling so comfortable they can fall asleep. The staff is consistently noted as super nice, professional, and amazing, offering detailed explanations and ensuring comfort. Treatments like the HI-FU facial leave skin feeling incredible, amazing, refreshed, and glowing. The spa is highly recommended for anyone seeking professional, high-quality treatments for rejuvenation and radiant skin. It is an ideal place to relax and treat oneself, with many clients expressing they absolutely loved their visit and do not regret it at all.
I wanted to update my original review after giving the spa another opportunity.
Initially, my experience was disappointing because my cousin and I had our appointments canceled twice due to staffing issues. At the time, I felt frustrated because we had arranged our schedules around those appointments.
After my review, a representative from the spa reached out to me several times. Due to my busy schedule, it took a while for us to connect, but when we finally spoke, she was genuinely understanding, sincerely apologized, and took the time to listen to my concerns. I love this place they are all very nice and professional. I got the pixel 8 microneedling with radio frequency for 3 sessions and it has made a big difference in my complexion and tightened my skin a lot. It doesn't hurt and it feels like a little spa moment so I recommend taking the time for yoursekf and visiting this place!
