The gym also has 2 infrared saunas that are available 24/7. The entire gym is available to use 24/7. That is a huge plus. It is not your typical super busy gym. It meets all my needs and then some. I highly recommend this gym. It has a very unique vibe that does live up to its name of Mind Body and Soul Fitness.“
