Initially, my experience was disappointing because my cousin and I had our appointments canceled twice due to staffing issues. At the time, I felt frustrated because we had arranged our schedules around those appointments.

After my review, a representative from the spa reached out to me several times. Due to my busy schedule, it took a while for us to connect, but when we finally spoke, she was genuinely understanding, sincerely apologized, and took the time to listen to my concerns. I truly appreciated her professionalism and willingness to make things right.

We decided to reschedule my appointment, and we very glad we did. The service exceeded our expectations. The staff was welcoming, the treatment was excellent, and the information and recommendations provided were thorough, professional, and never felt rushed. It was clear they genuinely cared about our experience.

We believe every business can have challenges, but what matters is how those challenges are addressed. In this case, the spa took responsibility, treated us with respect, and completely changed our impression through outstanding customer service.
