SERIOUSLY, the front desk staff were wonderful! Quoted prices over the phone (which your competitors would Not!). The office is pristine. Wait time on Friday was only 10 min for walk in. Nurses were so courteous. Dr Cathy was outstanding & when I had a question the next day - she called right back within 15 min.& called the pharmacy immediately. We really couldn’t ask for better service!

I have been coming to SCV Quality Care for many years for my yearly physicals and have always been overall really happy with my care there. Usually, I will call around a month and a half in advance because this is a very very busy practice (with good reason) and it can be hard to get an appointment. They do take walk-ins which is a good thing but keep in mind that they have many patients already and you might be doing a little bit of waiting. If you have an appointment, the process is very easy. You just go in, and write your name in a little clipboard and sit down to wait. The friendly front desk staff will then call your name, verify your insurance/contact information...read full review
