Went here just before covid hit heard alot about the anja light this was the closes place that had it available, the owner was super friendly knowledgeable. 10/10 will do it again but a longer session

I went to the flow spot to do a session with the ajna light and I had a completely mind blowing phenomenal experience. When I scheduled my appointment I talked to Kenny on the phone who owns the flow spot. He was extremely cool and one of the nicest guys ever. He gave me all the information I wanted to know.I could not have had a more positive experience with both the ajna light and dealing with kenny.Highly recommend visiting the flow spot. A++++

This was an incredible experience. The tranquility, the music and most of all, the soothing and inspirational words that are spoken through the session by Kenny. I did the Breathwork with my husband and it was a great experience for both of us. So many emotions are bottled up and Kenny showed us to empower those feelings which made the workout so much more meaningful. It leaves you feeling like a new person. It’s a beautiful experience.
