This was my first time. I felt circulation through my entire body. One of the best things I ever did for myself . I signed up and am now a member! Staff was great and listened to my aches to help ! Can’t wait for my next visit.I have been a once a week member since November. It is still the best thing I’ve ever done to improve my mental health and over all body aches. I feel absolutely great when my session is over and always can’t wait for my next visit. The staff is the best . If you haven’t tried this don’t walk, run to get your stretch! You won’t regret it!
