Ray Cox and his company are top notch. I don’t even go through my home warranty for AC issues because Cox is that good and you get the best service you could ask for. Prices are very fair and you’ll never want anyone else after having his services.
I have been working with Ray Cox for 7 years now and he has installed 3 HVAC units and serviced a few more. I just got a new unit installed and he spends the time and effort to find the best deal he can get. He's willing to do what it takes - knowing that a long-term happy customer is a loyal one. I have worked with Ray for more than 15 years. He is not only kind and cares about getting me the best deal, but he’s thorough, responsive and does excellent quality work. He has helped me in pinch - (e.g., AC out during a heatwave) - countless times. And he always helps with a smile and a laugh. Highly recommend.
