I was under the impression customer service was a thing of the past. Not here with patriot heating and air. Scheduling and communication was seamless. They came out same day, diagnosed, provided a quote, performed repair. Would definitely recommend!

I cannot recommend this company enough. My husband and I noticed a leak last night and frantically searched for someone to fix it today. After the first HVAC company came and told me I had to replace my entire unit and it would cost a whopping $12k, I kept searching for options. Patriot Heating And Air was very responsive and came out the same-day. Steve was great. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately before coming out of my attic. We are so thankful to have found a trustworthy and reliable company who not only fixed the issue but also gave suggestions on what to look out for and how to prevent the issue from happening.

Thanks Patriot crew for doing a great job replacing my AC unit! Patriot is a family owned, local business and they care about their reputation, I recommend them over all the large companies in SCV & SFV.
