Huge shoutout to the Great Clips at River Oaks Shopping Plaza. After a really bad haircut at another location, I came in stressed and honestly kinda upset since my birthday is in a few days. Andrea was amazing and went way above and beyond to fix my hair, even though it wasn’t her mess to fix at all. She took her time, listened, and seriously saved my hair.

The manager was also super kind and showed a lot of grace, helping me out even though the other store was the one that messed things up. I really appreciated that.

Great experience! Went in yesterday evening to get a haircut. The lady was very kind and professional. I had to cut my hair very short because of massive hair loss. It was a hard decision and process. But It ended up looking great!!! The hair stylist took great care of me. Highly recommend.

I got a long hair cut with rocio for my daughter asking for long layers and face framing bangs and I am very satisfied with what I got! The job was short and although a bit aggressive it looked amazing! We spent 140 however because her hair was considered the formal length
