Went in yesterday to get make up for my girlfriend. I felt bad because I didn’t know how to help her so a person by the name of Iris helped out. She took her time and was so kind with my girlfriend answering the list of questions she had. My gf gets social anxiety really bad so at the end all of her recommendations gave my gf the confidence to get everything she needed :) Thank you !
This is my go-to place whenever I need something. Today, I visited the store specifically to use a 20% discount I saw on the website. However, I was told that the discount only applies to online orders or store pickup services.
When I asked if I could just place the order online right then and pick it up immediately, they informed me that I’d have to wait at least an hour for the system to process it. While I understand there might be a system protocol, I didn't get a clear explanation as to why it takes an hour even when I'm already in the store.
