I was pretty nervous as this was my first time with this procedure and she assured me it would be easy. She was right! Once the lidocaine kicked in, she got to work and 95% of the time it just felt like a tingling or buzzing on my lips. A couple spots were more tender, and she always gave me a heads-up or more lidocaine when working on those areas. My lips turned out absolutely gorgeous...woke up this morning looking way better than usual :-) Highly recommend...if you're nervous, don't be...Shelby's got you! ?“

My waxer was great. She was friendly and comfortable to work with, knowledgeable for any questions, thorough and high attention to detail. I appreciated that she constantly checked in on if wax temp was comfortable or how I was doing pain wise with the waxing. Though the waxing was nearly painless and was fast.

The place is very clean feeling, from the lobby to the rooms, and the bed was very comfortable to lay on.
