Well, over all it wasn't a horrible experience. Which it has been at many of the Oil Change locations for Walmart. I definitely think that they could do better! They said nothing about the air filter and I had to ask. The guy ringing me up.... took a really long time! Which I was OK with being patient. He definitely needed help. There could've been a lot better communication about the whole process. I guess you get what you pay for!?
I had an appointment for 6pm on a Wednesday, got there at 5:55 and was cashed out at 6:25. Not only were Kevin and Pardeep friendly, they were fast and worked as a team. I will be going back the next day with my other car. THANKS! You guys are AWESOME
No matter what you go in for; the knee jerk reaction is RESISTANCE, and INDIFFERENCE. They tell you first why they can't do the service. What I hear isn't why they can't, but rather why they don't want to. I have a Mazda SUV, a Toyota Prius and a 3-series BMW. No matter what vehicle or issue, you get identical push back!!! It seems isolated to this Vacaville Store. Because when you go to the Dixon location; it's DRAMATICALLY DIFFERENT, "can-do" attitude all the way around and very courteous (professional) people. The Vacaville store seems to foster really poor attitudes, it's been this way for quite some time now. The so called service technicians, sit behind banks of batteries in what appears to be a break room where, 3 times, going in there it sounds like a high school locker room with the lowest mentality conversations taking place, making fun of co-workers, customers and folks who walk by. These guys seem to be more interested in poking "fun" at coworkers for being old, hard of hearing and even mocking a woman with disabilities. Really off color and disrespectful. Even though my car was just there a month ago, I pulled in and the guys first reaction was oh, I can't work on that car because it doesn't have any lift points on it . He goes on to tell me that this is typical for BMW. Even know the same guy, install the tires on my car the month before! If you don't wanna work? Stay home! This is like taking your car to a high school/vocational auto-tech program. Don't expect professionalism. Expect more of a teenage boy mentality. If you have the time, do yourself a favour and just go to the Dixon location, they are so helpful and so nice and so kind. The only reason I went in there today was because I gouged the side wall of my tire and needed help right away.
