Took my wife's watchband to have a new pin put in, just walked in and was quoted $10 for the repair. Said it would be done in 20 minutes, gave him an hour. Extremely fair price and rapid service, I insisted on paying $20 for the rapid repair. So nice to have a jeweler I can trust and not be gouged.Will certainly recommend this establishment to others!

When my father passed away, I searched and searched for an appropriate gold charm bracelet with three hearts: one for my dad, one for my mom, and one for my brother who have all passed away. Dong suggested three tiny gold hearts and three tiny gold crosses with small diamonds between the hearts. It is a beautiful keepsake of my family who were very dear to me that I can wear every day keeping their memory with me everywhere I go. Dong is meticulous in his work, making exquisite jewelry. I am very happy with my beautiful bracelet and I am returning to him to have another bracelet modified. I feel that Dong gave me a very precious gift.

We took a gold braclet that was broken in several places. You cannot tell where. Also, a gold necklace chain rhat needed cleaning (badly)& a $5 gold coin in a bezel that needed a new link. They look brand new & Dong tighted all the catches, as well.He also repaired an earring. Lastly, there was a Mickey Mouse watch that we thought just needed a battery. In fact it was broken inside & he even took it apart to show my hubby when he picked them all up. No charge for the diagnosis.
