Like any nail shop the first thing you here about is the service they offer and how well they provide it and the post experience. I would say this is a shop worth stopping into. They offer various nail and beauty services. It's family owned and operated and the techs and owners are amazing and have been since my wife and daughters started going a few months back. Very friendly and open to ideas you may have or things you're interested in. They also do waving and lashes! I am a usual customer here, usually I am happy with the service, I barely have any issues but recently if there is something I am unhappy with, The owner will try to convince me that I am wrong in what I am seeing with my eyelashes. I have overheard more than 1 customer return complaining about their lashes falling out too soon or their lashes being different each time they have them done by her. If I am paying my hard earned money I want to be happy with what im paying for. I am being made to feel that I am asking for too much because I want my eyelashes the same style that I recently got them, she took a picture of them with her phone. I loved my experience here. I scheduled a Same day appointment and when I arrived they took me Right away. Everyone was warm and friendly. My nails were done beautifully and I will definitely be back. This is the oldest running nail salon in Vacaville and I can see why this business has been in existence for so long. Well done!
