UrbanEx Fitness is a revolutionary approach to health and fitness. We take great pride in being a fitness company without walls. Our uniqueness is in our ability to empower our clients. We personalize everything, which includes assisting them in the completion of their own personal vision map (think of the vision map as a step-by-step guide to re-imagining You, while creating the body of your dreams). We do not believe in counting calories, counting steps, counting pounds (on a scale), or counting days. However, We do believe in the power of making every day count.
