I have spoken to the “supervisor“ Lupita twice now and she always has an attitude over the phone and starts blaming me for the problems with our home. That we just purchased. Her attitude is unacceptable and I refuse to renew services with this agency after our paid services end.We had a home inspection done and they missed the fact that there were rodents in the home and the garage. How do you miss that!?
The technician, Luis, came out to do an inspection first. He was very patient, knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail. When he came back to do the spray, he was on time and also very professional. Excellent customer service in the office as well. Friendly folks that get the job done and value their customers. I am a repeat customer to Twin Termite and Luis as my technician and I will continue to call upon them for my pest service needs.
Ambrose came out to conduct an inspection today. He was very professional, thorough and provided us with a lot of helpful information. We are pleased with the service and would definitely recommend.
