So relaxing and they are sooo nice and the house is very clean and nice and the massage room is very quiet and relaxing, me and my mom got a facial sooo soothing before and after is excellent

What a wonderful experience! Linda is absolutely amazing and such a wonderful host. My masseuse Lydia was the best! We stayed for hot tea after our services and it was very cozy to look around the property and the deers we spotted! Can’t wait to be back again!

Thirty Six Oaks Country Retreat is an absolute gem! I’ve been here a couple times now and haven’t been disappointed. Linda is an extremely nice host and has always been very accommodating. Pricing is very competitive, and much lower than the local massage chains, so it feels good saving money and supporting a local business. I look forward to visiting Thirty Six Oaks again in the near future.

This was definitely a hidden gem I’m so glad to have found .. Linda the host is very kind and welcoming 😊 I got a body scrub and blanket wrap… her services are 10/10 highly recommend I’ll be going back soon because the country side quiet was exactly what I needed to unplug for a couple hours …

What a wonderful location and experience! I've been many times over the years and my feeling about 36 Oaks has remained wonderfully positive! Linda has always been warm, talented and hospitable but I also had the pleasure of receiving a recent message from Maechelle - HEAVEN.
If you're looking for the beauty and peace of the country, along with wonderful and fair priced spa services, this is the spot!
We packed our own charcuterie as well as drinks and enjoyed time out by the pool before departing. 10/10. Please support this local business!! Worth it. ❤️

My partner and I had a great experience at this spa. It was our first time getting a professional massage and facial, so we didn't know what to expect. We were ultimately very happy with our experience. We almost had a slight mix up with scheduling, but it ended up working out great. Quiet, relaxing, and welcoming. Didn't feel rushed, either. It was actually the most relaxed we've ever been! The owner is very kind and personable, and the location is beautiful, too. We will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful visit at 36 Oaks retreat with its idyllic setup and amazing staff and owner Linda. Hands down Fatima was one of the best masseuse I have come across in my many yrs of getting massages. She does such wonderful work and has a healing touch and was a consummate professional. Keep up the great work! Will definitely revisit

I scheduled an appointment here for a service I really wanted. I unfortunately forgot about the appointment; I didn’t note it properly on my calendar. I was charged for said missed appointment. I have no issue with this. I take responsibility for forgetting and fully understand why these kinds of policies need to be in place. However, I do have some feedback for improving the customer experience. I engage with many kinds of businesses on a regular basis from hair salon to dentist office and everywhere has either an automated or manual reminder system in place. I think embracing something like this would not only safeguard the business’ resources but the customer or potential customer’s resources; and result in a more positive experience. Kindly.

We had an amazing time at 36 Oaks. We had a facial and herb soak. Linda & Heather took amazing care of us! It was so relaxing to explore the grounds and see all the critters.

Before leaving this review I reached out to the owner with my feedback and called to let her know I was sending a email and there was no response to my call or email! It was received and read! Very disappointed with the experience. I had booked the total serenity package. I felt so unwelcomed, not given the process of the day or what the layout was, there was just an assumption. I informed them I've never visited this place before, I felt like it was cluttered and messy, not even offered water, the massage was less than therapeutic, the tub had a used razor cover from the residents. I was not informed I could relax in the "patio", was not told how long to be in the tub so I set my own timer for 15 minutes, no spa slippers offered, no dialog with massage therapist, the facial was less than basic. I knew it was not a full service spa "environment" but this was shocking to say the least. I informed the owner I would not return and would not recommend. I'm still stunned that she did not reach out to apologize or offer some sort of compensation as a good will gesture which was the right thing to do. Don't waste your money or time.
