We hired Tony to replace 11 sprinkler valves. His son spent one hour at our house, replaced the valves and left. We were shocked because he did not show us the work, confirm the work was done, he just left. We paid Tony $765. About 2-3 months after the replacement, we started to have trouble with a banging sound in our plumbing, when the sprinklers came on. I sent Tony messages and left phone calls but he never responded. Finally, months after my first attempt to reach him, he called back and said he only guarantees his labor for 60 days. I cannot post the videos but the sprinkler lines move up and down, there is a loud sound in our house, and the water sprays off and on, out of the sprinklers until we shut the whole system down. I hesitate to post negative reviews on local businesses but I also feel responsible for letting my neighbors know that Tony is not a contractor I would ever hire or recommend.

An absolutely pleased customer!!! I have worked with this company last year when I needed bushes removed from my yard that were causing major allergies around our area. Tony was so quick to respond, and was readily available. I think one of the best things about this business is that you tell him what you want done and he gets the job done very well! He updates you on the yard work completed and is SUPER REASONABLELY PRICED!! Every time I ask him about the price after I name different yard work around my yard, he surprises me with such a great price especially in today's economy. I already referred my mother to him because he is such a great landscaper and does amazing work. He even looked at other tasks and gave suggestions on dead bushes (didn't even realize the bushes were dead) to remove and knew about the plants in the backyard and how to care for them. His staff even helped program our drip system and explained it to us, I mean how honest and kind can you get? Thank you Tony, we will be working with you and your business again! GREAT PRICES & GREAT STAFF!!! I attached some before and after pictures because I was so happy with how clean our area was!

This is one of those moments where I would say if you could give more than five stars I would I contacted them along with two other companies to get bids to replace a retaining wall. There was a very prompt response where I sent some pictures and then Tony came and visited the house to look at the job. He gave me a very fair and competitive bid which was very close to in line with one of the others and far, better than the last one. He recommended a local stoneyard to go out and pick out some blocks, which I did and then let me know the timeline. They started work on Monday. They were prompt with their arrival times they worked extremely clean and respectful to the house and my family. I have a new dog and they were very friendly around that keeping the dog at ease. While here they cleaned up a lot of old debris and leaves that I didn’t even mention before, but they just did it to make sure that the property looked that much better from when. If you’re looking for local company that takes pride in their work that gives you a fair price. This is the one. First two pics was the old retaining wall last two are the new improved wall

We wanted a concrete slab poured for a gazebo and were looking for one contractor to do the entire job. Tony answered the phone when we were looking for estimates, came the same day and gave us a price before he left. We decided to use his company and have no regrets. He showed up on time each day and his crew worked hard and were respectful. The concrete work was flawless, and when they returned a few days later for the final touches, the job site was left cleaner than when they started.
One example of how Tony works... The project involved cutting into a slope to prepare for the concrete. The easy way would have been using a Bobcat to remove the dirt, but Tony didn't want to risk damaging the surrounding lawn or sidewalk, so he had his crew dig by hand and wheelbarrow it to the trailer.
We will order the gazebo and have his crew build it. Tony will be on top of our list for all future work.

I called Tony for a free estimate and immediately gave me a fair price on removing grass in my front yard and replacing it with rock landscaping. Told me he could start tomorrow and finish the job in 2 days! I wasn’t in no rush but him and his crew did what was promised and the work was great! Highly recommend working with this company.

Great experience... very pleased with the job they did in our backyard. I called on Monday spoke with Tony. Explained what I wanted done he came to my house that same day to give a free quote. They came today, Wednesday, and completed the job in about 3hrs. Every thing turned out great and exactly how I wanted! I definitely would recommend them.

Tony and his crew were so fast, and not at the expense of quality. I contacted Tony after realizing our South facing home was shadowing our lawn, which flooded and was getting torn up from our dogs. We also needed to redo our drip system and replace some redwood bark.Tony came over quick, shortly provided an estimate, and work started quicker than I expected. He maintained great communication (even when a storm caused reasonable delays), provided recommendations, and gave us updates along the way. Once the job was done, he was sincere about us reaching out if something was unsatisfactory or needed repair- I noticed another reviewer mentioned this too- Tony takes great pride in his work!Definitely would recommend, and will use this company again for future landscaping projects.

My daughter bought a starter home in Vacaville. We didn't know what to do with the landscaping for years. I called The Perez Landscaping and Tony met with me to walk the property. I explained what my daughter wanted for her backyard and he and his team delivered...And Fast!!! They were so polite and very efficient. What Pros! The yard had a broken down fence and full of overgrown weeds and bushes. Tony made it happen at a very reasonable price. I would recommend this company for all your landscaping needs. He does everything! My daughter is so happy with the results. We are looking forward to working with them on other projects in the future!
