Being active duty, usually moving to a new place is informal and straight to the point. When I moved to California, my landlord informed me I’d be working with Cory from the Kelly Company; when I went to pick up house keys, Cory was very organized and attentive. He took the time to explain everything about my lease and the house and was very respectful. Any issues I brought to Cory’s attention he always responded in a timely manner and either answered my question or found the answer! Sadly I’m leaving California, but if I ever find my way back to the Vacaville area I will definitely look to work with Cory and The Kelly Company first!

Really nice company, very organized, and responsive to tenants, they put their tenants first. Staff is very friendly, good at returning phone calls and setting appointments. They provide good quality housing. They are amazing at managing properties for landlords also. I give them rating of A+++ ??

I was with Kelly Company for almost 3 years and never had any issues whatsoever. The apartment I moved into could have used a deep cleaning before I moved in but time was of the essence so in all fairness I think they did a fairly decent job in the short time they were given. Any issues were always addressed right away and they also made moving out so simple and painless. Overall my son and myself really enjoyed our stay and we are very appreciative for the opportunity we were given. Thank you Kelly Company...sincerely The Urdaneta Family
