I was sent to the rehab center for my brain surgery. Dr Meagan Alyssa Frantz MD and her staff of nurses were outstanding! They took the time to care for me and get me up and "running". I am truly grateful for the services and care I received. I am also EXTREMELY grateful to my wonderful Dr. and his team who performed the procedure Dr. Alan Robert Williams MD of Roseville Medical Center. I am free of cancer and the experience was wonderful! Thank you all.
I use the Vacaville location and the only complaint I have is appointment availability. I have a wonderful compassionate family Dr. She is the main reason I stick with Kaiser. Love the 24 hr pharmacy. Can make appointments for lab work which is convenient.
I have been a Kaiser member since '86. There are a few instances that i have to switch to a non kaiser medical insurance because of jobs. With that said, I also have experience with different hospitals. But most of my experience are with kaiser and they have not failed me yet. YES, sometimes there are set backs and a few bad experience with kaiser. But they always make up for it. I read a lot of reviews on Yelp and on Google maps about kaiser. Most of them are very true because I experienced them too and some of them are over exaggeration. Some people have one bad experience and that's enough to make them haters. Kaiser cannot control if the nurses or doctors are having a bad day and they take it out on members or patients. We are all humans and they too are allowed to have bad days especially dealing with members who also have a bad day. Dealing with Kaiser is bearable and also unbearable depending on how you take it in. My most experience with kaiser is this year because of my sons injury. We have been in it out for the past year since January and Im writing this review now because I'm here again with my son because of the same injury. Along the way I have met a lot of Doctors and hard working nurses and PCT's. Over the years of bad experience is not because of staff its because of management. Kaiser is always been under staff. I know because we have been admitted so many times this year. Sometimes its really hard to get help in the rooms when they are running scarce. They try their best to attend patients need. I will mentioned some of great nurses and doctors: Paulette, Glenda, Erica, Michelle, Jerick, Fernando, Dr. Mohamed, and especially Dr, Mendenhall to name a few. These are some of the best doctors and nurses through out our journey to recovery here at kaiser. I too felt not being attended all the time but like i said they are understaff and doing their best. I will not mention the cafeteria because most of time is bad and some days are really bad , But i have to make the best of it because i don't want to leave my sons side. Kaiser management really need to step up their game because i heard they are not really doing a great job. Yes Kaiser is about politics, But isn't it thats every business now. New generations now are about money and suing people. And this affects businesses and especially the hospitals. I'm sorry to say it too, that this generation is so bad that this world is going to s**** They are taking free speech to a whole new level and older generations like me are paying the price. We are always praying for my Sons recovery and we are always including the Doctors and Nurses that their minds and their hands are God's tools. So please, relax, inhale, exhale, count to 3 slowly. Before saying anything bad about kaiser. DON'T BITE THE HANDS OF PEOPLE TRYING TO HELP YOU. BECAUSE IN THE END THEY WILL-ALWAYS BE THERE FOR YOU!
