SportsRehab & Pilates helps heal the body as well as the mind, as the staff educate you, guide you, and push you to be your best self during your visits, even if you don't believe in yourself. I have learned so much about my body and what it is capable of along my physical therapy journey. No concern is ever casted aside or minimized. Just remember the staff can only educate you and guide you, but you get out what you put into your therapy sessions.

Very glad that I came to this rehab place after my knee replacement surgery. Worked with Bryan for several weeks until I was able to walk freely on my own. Bryan is knowledgeable, understanding, and caring in regards to Physical Therapy. I also noticed all the staff were friendly and communicative to their clients. The place is not overly busy and I was able to schedule a time on a weekly basis. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and Bryan keep up the good work.

Pilates classes are excellent with knowledgeable teacher. And I can’t say enough about the excellent care I received for physical therapy. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. They are the best, especially Kat! She is my hero!
