We have used Northern California Roofing Co. many times in the past. They replaced the roof on my parents' house in Sonoma years ago, which included an updated attic fan. The attic fan started making noise, so I called Andy Adams, and he sent his team there to investigate. They replaced the motor for free as it was still under warranty.
