I have been living in this area for 40+ years having come here via the USAF. During this time I have had open heart surgery, various emergencies and medical needs that have been addressed by this hospital network. I have been treated respectfully and with excellent knowledge and skill by most of the doctors, nurses and staff. I think it's ridiculous to give any organization one star because one person out of the hundreds who helped you back to health was rude or it took some time to get you seen. You have no idea what they were faced with. People are so entitled these days. I wouldn't be alive if not for the hard working people at this hospital. I can't give a higher recommendation than that.Rob H.

Edit: I'm at the clinic itself and the staff are very HELPFUL and CONSIDERATE. Whole new vibe once you're inside the clean facility.Just don't call em cause I spoke with LYDIA and she was abrasive, hostile, and very short on the phone. If she could've mustered an OUNCE of humanity, I wouldn't be writing this. I was trying to see if there was availability to schedule an appointment due to the fact that I have to drive OVER AN HOUR to get to this testing site with Multiple Sclerosis. I am not ready for a day of unplanned difficulties. I really wish BAC had other testing options cause this is horrendous customer service!!!

The X-Ray doctor was really helpful and kind. See, I have PTSD due to a personal issue and he was really considerate about how I felt about closed/locked doors. It's not the best...
