Norcal Auto Mobile Detailing really takes the extra step to ensure you're taken care of! My wife decided to surprise me while I was away for work by getting my car a full detail/wash. The seats had deep stains, and with having dogs, the hair just seemed to be endless. The owner handed me the keys to a spotless car, but said there was more he would like to do, and I was able to bring it back for additional seat cleaning and air freshening through the vents! My car hasn't looked this good since we left the dealership, and interior is bright and refreshed. Thanks so much for being thorough and dedicated to your craft!

I don't think the is place is in business anymore. I scheduled an appointment online and received a confirmation email for my appointment. Well, the day of my appointment comes and they never show up. I attempt to call the number in my confirmation email and it is no longer in service. I attempted an email and never received a response. If the company is no longer in business, they should not have auto confirmation emails.

I advised that I had mice p*** and smell due to an infestation caused by a still car, cold weather and construction near me. Initially when they were finished it looked good, even had to let it dry for a couple days. When I was finally able to really go in it and examine I noticed that there was still mouse droppings, the glove compartment wasn't touched at all. Still a bunch of dirt and mouse p*** ... disappointing. It seemed like they did the bare minimum. It wasn't the actually owner that came out so don't want to speak on his work.
