The club features clean and spacious areas, including an indoor pool and jacuzzi, as well as a quiet upstairs area with less people. The friendly staff contribute to a fun and motivating environment, with amenities such as ADA-compliant restrooms and para-transit parking. While some equipment may be broken, there are always available machines to use. The club also features a relaxing massage chair room, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a workout.

I’ve always been so happy with the Vacaville Elmira In-Shape. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I frequently see staff out cleaning and wiping things down. Very important to me. They’re dry sauna and pool are amazing. So five stars for sure.

I've been thoroughly impressed with the InShape Fitness on Elmira Rd. The facility is great-the pool and jacuzzi are always well-maintained and at a comfortable temperature, and the workout machines are in great shape with plenty of options. My wife absolutely loves the studio classes namely Silver Sneakers and Mobility(we are Seniors). The staff is consistently friendly, especially Diane and Gage(Technician)making every visit a great experience. Highly recommend and keep up the great work!

I miss this place. I was the healthiest I had ever been in my life when I was consistently going. I ended up having to move far away and there was no In shape near my area, and the other gyms sucked, so I stopped going. Then my health numbers started to get bad. I am moving back and can't wait to join to look and feel good again. In shape are the best gyms. They have something for every fitness level. I loved it.
