I've been going to Hot Shots for many years now. Kayla is my colorist and stylist, and she is extremely competent and skilled at her job. She knows her stuff. I often hear her coworkers at this salon ask her for advice or her opinion, and she is always quick and confident with her answers. She listens and pays attention to my preferences, but she also gives her honest professional opinion when needed. Noel has been doing my hair after having horrible experiences at other salons. Noel is such an amazing stylist who respected my hair and goals. She does not cut more than necessary, her color and haircut recommendations are spot on.
