Best, most thorough eye exam ever! I feel great about my new prescription and all the staff- from the doctors to front desk reception- are amazingly thorough and accommodating! I bought frames elsewhere due to the selection but that’s no big deal because paying once for quality frames I love that I need to wear everyday is far better than choosing something of less quality or that I’m not happy with aesthetically. So glad my Primary Care Doctor referred me here!

3 stars for the eye doctor for being the only one to ever get my prescription right. This whole time I’ve been waiting on my frames and was told they were ordered and would take a few weeks. I email them and they say the order failed so now I have to come in to the store to pick out frames. Here I am thinking they maybe arrived by now. No one ever called me or communicated that

I love coming to Horie Optometry. I always have a great experience. Dr Horie is kind, understanding and works great with children. The staff are so friendly. There is a big selection of glasses to choose from, as well as the colors. If there isn't a pair of glasses available, they always go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy with what you want. Also, if you can't reach them by telephone, they have an email address set up to reach them. They are great at getting back to you very fast. I never experience any problems. Ive been a customer for years now. Thank you again Dr Horie and staff for providing my family with outstanding service.
