I've been a patient for Downtown Vacaville Eyecare for more than 20 years, back before Dr. Blake retired. I absolutely love Dr. Nhan, but the front office staff are very rude and did not make be feel like the valued client I had been for many years. When I picked up the pair of glasses from my annual exam last year, I noticed they were not Transitions, (this is covered my my insurance and I have dual coverage). The office manager left me a very rude voice message and claimed it was my fault, I had specifically told her I did not want this feature (not true), and if I did, I would have to pay $150 to have the Transitions feature added. Love this office! I had only been in a few times over the last 13 months and I was welcomed by name! How often does that happen? Never a wait. Great customer service & awesome care. I highly recommend this office, This. Office is AWESOME!! I'm a patient forever! Tamara Back a year later and still love this office. The front desk is super efficient and friendly! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!

Excellent customer service from the ladies at the front desk. The Dr was patient with me as well since I don't like my eyes being touched. I will return as well as bring my oldest son.
