Jason visited the day after we first spoke, and gave me a good price to replace my old 2-zone furnace with a Mitsubishi ducted heat pump + air handler, and he also talked me into replacing my old water heater with a GE Geospring heat pump. Jose, Gael, and team did a great job installing both systems within a week of getting the estimate. There were some complications wiring up power and the thermostats, but they stayed late to complete the HVAC installation on the first day. The water heater was also tricky, due to limited space, but they managed to get it up and working within a few hours on the second day.

The upstairs zone on our central ac was not blowing air to the upstairs but rather routing the airflow downstairs. So the upstairs was hot while the downstairs was almost freezing. Called Cozy from their ad in the Your Town mailer. Great experience overall from setting up the appointment same day, to diagnosis of a bad zone controller, to Xavier's installation and follow through. Thank you!
