From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. He paid attention to all the high-traffic areas and stubborn spots that I honestly thought were permanent… and somehow made them disappear. Our carpets look, feel, and smell amazing- so fresh!

Clean Sweep has been cleaning our carpets on and off for literally decades, and he's always done a terrific job. Rich is personable, thorough, and knowledgeable; more, he's honest about what he can and can't do when it comes to certain types of carpet, or the stains they may have.One year, Rich wasn't available, so we used one of the well known carpet cleaning services, the ones you see on TV commercials. I only needed 14 stairs and a small landing steam cleaned. Rich was very polite and professional, he arrived on time, and had the job done within one hour. I have 5 animals, so there was a lot of hair, and some stains. But, when Rich was done, it looked fabulous! I would have no problem recommending this company to anyone. I liked the fact that there were no chemicals used, and Rich was very considerate, and wore mask.
