I want to say thank you for the technician, Alex! He’s a professional and detailed oriented at work. I didn’t know how solar panel work, but he walked me through every steps, from setting up the Tesla app on my phone to how to manage the access. He did a very good job! I am very appreciative!
Citadel installed my solar and Powerwall system several years ago, and this week they came out to replace my Powerwalls because they had been recalled. Crispin called ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive and what work would be involved. He was exceptionally polite and communicative. Due to the complexity of the project, it couldn't be finished in one day, so he came back out the very next day to finish everything and he did a great job. I've been very satisfied with Citadel's service and Crispin's professionalism.
Today we had a tech-Tyler Jones visit my house and take care of the issue with my solar. He was on time and explained in detail what the issue was and how he took care of it. Glad it was him again today and was able to visit back so soon especially with the holiday season coming up.
