I recently visited the Kaiser pharmacist in Upland and was pleasantly surprised by the efficient service despite the long line. Despite the initial wait, the process went by quickly, and I received my prescription medication within minutes, even faster than the estimated 10 to 15 minutes. The pharmacist was courteous and took the time to explain the medication and its effects, which I appreciated. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend their services.

Everything is great about this place. Followed Dr. Martinez here several years back and commute, and the nurses are always fantastic. Great communication before, between and after appointments. I've seen multiple people at reception over the last few weeks, and I think some of the complaints may be valid, but some of the patients are also quite vile when they find out that they need an appointment which seems like it should be a no brainer at a clinic that isn't urgent care or ER. Great care here, and if you use the KP app to message, other doctors and nurses are quick to respond if your primary doctor is out.

This particular location is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!the Entire Staff was VERY VERY PLEASANT AND CARING in the Radiation Department,, Praying That This Entire Hospital Continues To Employ Those Who Truly Want To Help The Sick!!!!!!! ‍
