The technician that showed up was adept and friendly. The issue is that he was there for less that 90 minutes and we were charged for three hours of time. Requesting a response as to why this was has fallen on deaf ears. While troubleshooting was done, it was determined that PGE needed to address the issue and Western Allied was unable to help. to figure that out, I was charged for double the actual time spent finding out that were unable to help. Check your invoice.
To be fair, I was contacted and refunded an hour of time. Thank you.

I’m not sure who nos is but I think he’s a little special. The curb isn’t red and there’s cars parked behind him. Anyways, I love how western allied taught me hvac, plumbing , electrical, and sheet metal. It was such a honor to be taught there how to make so many things. And thank you for the tools, shoes, food and more i’ll miss you guys! 🙂
