“This is one of the cleanest threading locations I've been to. They have used/clean pens for sign in, they spray and wipe down every chair after use, and I saw they immediately put their scissors and other tools in a sanitizing solution when they finish. They use the method that uses only the hand/neck (not mouth). Pro-tip, sanitize YOUR hands before they start because there is a part where you have to help hold your skin down/touch your eyelid. I go here for my brows and it's $10. With no wait, you can go in and out within 5-10 minutes. They're quick but the quality is good. I'm always pleasantly surprised with how much they can clean up and shape in such a short visit. I don't have very thick eyebrows and I do upkeep them throughout the year so I'm always awed when my brows look so clean and crisp. Both Union City and Fremont locations are good for brows.“

I was wary going in due to previous reviews but did my research and there were no surprises as I looked on her website prior to my visit. I would suggest familiarizing with her services and pricing before booking an appointment. Stepping into Sandy’s skincare everything was clean and well-organized. Sandy was welcoming and started out with a consultation for my skincare needs. She showed me treatment options and appropriate treatments. She explained all the suggested treatments and after some time, we went with an acne facial and Bio Lift. I was the only person in the treatment room and was welcomed with a warmly lit room that was clean and comforting. During the treatment, Sandy made sure I was comfortable and got to know me. The treatment made my face feel soft and bright. Afterwards, Sandy suggested skincare that would help maintain my skin.I left feeling relaxed and comforted. The pricing was reasonable for the time and care spent on my treatment. Overall, I would recommend Sandy’s to people who are ready to feel comforted and confident!“

“Had a great experience here in regard to the service I received, the staff was very welcoming and made a comfortable environment for me and my friend when we went. Store was very clean and had nice ambiance. Refreshing drinks were offered as well. Service and staff was 10/10, reason I give 4 stars is because they were short staffed that day and I ended up spending 3 or 4 hours in the salon when their service itself should have taken less than an hour. I was waiting most of the time in the salon chair but I was seated comfortably and staff was very apologetic, they acknowledged that service was behind and thanked me for waiting. I had nothing to do that day and am patient so I did not mind waiting, overall was worth the wait. Got 2 pedicures done and a manicure and felt very pampered and well taken care of. Shout out to T (the owner), who does a great job making a comfortable and welcoming environment and was on top of everything! Also shout out to Julie and Lee who took great care of me and my friend. Will definitely make an appt next time and I would encourage you to do the same“
