“Had a great experience here in regard to the service I received, the staff was very welcoming and made a comfortable environment for me and my friend when we went. Store was very clean and had nice ambiance. Refreshing drinks were offered as well. Service and staff was 10/10, reason I give 4 stars is because they were short staffed that day and I ended up spending 3 or 4 hours in the salon when their service itself should have taken less than an hour. I was waiting most of the time in the salon chair but I was seated comfortably and staff was very apologetic, they acknowledged that service was behind and thanked me for waiting. I had nothing to do that day and am patient so I did not mind waiting, overall was worth the wait. Got 2 pedicures done and a manicure and felt very pampered and well taken care of. Shout out to T (the owner), who does a great job making a comfortable and welcoming environment and was on top of everything! Also shout out to Julie and Lee who took great care of me and my friend. Will definitely make an appt next time and I would encourage you to do the same“

“good atmosphere only reason not giving 5 is my barber has bad conduct and is often hard to make appointments with and becomes disrespectful at times. Marcus fix your attitude, you just cut hair dude, kinda crazy you have people that have been going to you for years and you speak to me as if I’m a casual. Stay at home and just smoke weed like you do if you’re unhappy with your life.“
