Terrible service. We waited over an hour for our daughter’s appointment, only to be told the doctor wasn’t coming in that day. No notice and no respect for patients’ time. Very unprofessional.

Very disappointing experience. My wife brought our daughter for an 8:30 AM appointment and arrived at 8:00 AM. After waiting until 9:20 AM, we were told the doctor was not coming in that day. The clinic should have informed patients earlier instead of making families wait. Poor communication and a waste of time.

I’m only giving 2 stars because I was giving a last minute appointment. I went in for a skin TB test, everything was fine until it came down to do the actual test, first it took them 20 min to get the test ready, the first Medical Assistant came in and injected me and he didn’t do it right, he called another one she tried to do it on my other arm and she didn’t do it right. The nurse comes in and tells me I have to get a blood test but need to make an appointment for another day at another clinic since that wasn’t my assignment clinic, but they were able to give me that last minute appointment to begin with.
