I have high risk pregnancy and I got the flu. I didn't sleep for 3 nights and tried to reach my doctor but no luck. I called the clinic and they don't have any appointments available and can't reach the doctor for advice. The receptionist told me to go on my chart to send a message to the doctor but I told her last time I was on there I send a message to ask the doctor about my test result and she responded after two weeks. Anyways, I had shortness of breath and continues cough, I went to Emergency hospital and she was supposed to follow up with me and I haven't had anyone contact me to see how I was doing. Everyone is very personable while maintaining professionalism. My Doctor is very thorough. I never feel rushed or as if anything was left unaddressed. I feel lucky to have them taking care of me.
