My family and I have been patients here since this clinc opened. We followed Dr. Trhin. Here. He ended up moving away some time ago. We decided to stay and saw a few Dr's until Dr. Nguyen came and we have been seeing him ever since. He's really nice and caring with his patients. When I lost my daughter at UCSF the next day he must of got a notice being her Pcp. He called me express his condolences. I thought that was very heartfelt. His staff is very delightful. Especially Evelyn at the front desk. He does stay very busy so hard to book an appt. So I always make sure I schedule ahead just to stay on his books. I highly recommend doing that 👌
I’m not sure why this clinic has so many negative reviews, I’ve had my primary care here for a couple of years and had a positive experience. The front desk staff, doctors, and nurses are all friendly and the appointments are always efficient.
I came here for my annual appointment as new patient with Dr. Tam Nguyen The care and help i received are top-notched from the front desk staff, to the Medical Assistants and to the Doctor. They were all very calm, nice and polite. It was very pleasant. No complaint.
