“Wow. Where to begin our review of Dr. R and the whole reproductive health and wellness group. This was hands down our best medical experience. Starting with the first phone call to the office. I spoke with a well informed easy to talk to staff member. She walked me through the basics of the whole IVF process, she encouraged questions, was happy to explain anything and everything. From there, our first office visit was great. The office has a sense of calm and tranquility. We got to meet the doctor and go over any questions or concerns. Then we spoke with a staff member about pricing, options, insurance, and any little detail. I never felt like information was kept from us or that any detail was left out.It was an easy choice to go with this group for our IVF journey. Each appointment we were met with friendly staff, nurses who remembered our names and stories. And true to their word we always saw Dr R and he was warm and personable. My husband says it was like going to visit family at each appointment.They go out of their way to be accommodating of schedules. Offering appointments even as early as 6:30am so I could go before work. They explained each part of the process and really made us feel empowered in this journey. The nurses did a great job explaining the medications, dealing with the pharmacies, coordinating other doctors. They seriously made the process as easy as possible! Never had long wait times on the phone, always got quick responses by phone or email/portal. We truly can’t say enough good things about the whole process.Thank you Dr R and the whole team for helping us through this crazy and exciting process and helping us bring our baby into the world!!!“

He won't send you tests you don't need, unlike other doctors who just want to make money out of labs. I feel safe having him as my OB. The front desk ladies are nice and helpful. The office is clean and organized and the flow of patients never seems too overwhelming, giving you a nice appointment experience.“

“I have not had a baby so can't speak about Dr. Worsch as an obstetrician, but as my gynecologist she is extraordinary. Speaks to her patient's intelligently and with caring concern. She is a 5-star physician. Dr. Worsch will refer you promptly to a specialist for related issues. As I have insurance coverage, billing has never been a concern, notwithstanding that good doctors cost a lot these days.“

“Exceeding expectations!!! I went with my sister to see Dr. Linh Nguyen for ovarian cyst. Before seeing Dr. Nguyen, we were quite worried not knowing what to expect. Even though we read up on the internet about ovarian cyst, we still had a lot of questions and anxiety. When we got there, Dr. Linh was very patient listening to our concerns. She was very detailed inquiring about our family history and my sister’s symptoms. She took the time to explain to us and answered all our questions. We never felt rushed in any way and Dr. Linh was not one bit demeaning like some doctors. She was professional and knowledgeable. At the end of the visit, we walked out feeling relieved and at ease. I strongly recommend Dr. Linh to anyone who is looking for an OB . Besides being knowledgeable, she possesses one of the most important characters needed of a great doctor: COMPASSION!“

“I highly recommend this doctor. I had a rare situation going on without going into details and she did a biopsy. I felt no pain and she was able to treat me. She is kind and compassionate. She spent a long time explaining everything to me and I felt very at ease because I was scared it may be worse than it was but she walked me through the process. “Dr. Vreeland has changed my life! I was diagnosed with IBS 20 years ago and as I’ve gotten older it has gotten so much worse. I couldn’t eat anything without sharp stabbing pains in my stomach. Through a series of tests she figured out that I was misdiagnosed and I actually have SIBO! It’s an overgrowth of bacteria in the small intestine. She literally cured me with vitamins! It has 100% changed my quality of life! I can eat everything!“

“I had a positive experience. Dr. Hatch is kind, very knowledgeable and makes you feel like she truly cares for you- wants to make it happen genuinely. She knows what she's doing and has a plan to get you their. She is a hot commodity, so you may see her PA who is nice too or her other dr team mate. The office seems to work together. All of the team members are kind and know what they are doing. It's a very busy office, so yes wait times can be crazy long but all my other doctors never run on time so I think I expect/ used to it. If you expect your appointment to be on time then you may be disappointed, but once you get in front of her or her team you will never feel rushed or a number imo. The pricing/ insurance part is straight forward and they were on top of things for scheduling ect. I do believe you are the CEO of your own health so reminding, asking questions ect. feeling comfortable to say what about this or that is part of my job too as a patient or raise your hand/ email if you have questions or concerns. I've learned that over the years, not just from fertility world, but from seeing other specialists over the years to uncover health junk. I have had a great experience and grateful I was referred to her office. Dr Gordon and the PA are great too. She loves what she does and it shows. I just wish she could stay with me through the rest of my pregnancy but maybe I'll see her again one day to do it all over again.“

“My baby was delivered at the Women's Hospital on December 8th. I came into the hospital at around 3am and was admitted. The nurse who treated me in triage was amazing. When I was admitted, the two nurses who were caring for me were great. When their shift ended, another nurse took her place and she was amazing! Her name was Sara and she was the sweetest ever and was very friendly and she helped me a lot while I was laboring. As a first time mom I was really nervous about the whole process but she was great and helped ease my nerves and anxiety. She was an amazing nurse and gave me the best kind of care I could have ever expected to receive. She went above and beyond. Her shift was over an hour before I gave birth but she even came in to say hi the next morning and greet our lil baby girl. She was amazing. I also received care from Raj and she was great too, she was very patient with all the questions I had about my baby and on how I was feeling. Overall I was very impressed with this hospital and would recommend it to anyone. Staff is wonderful and give the best care. Food is decent too for being hospital food and they provide lots of different options along with a celebratory breakfast.“
