With any major construction (wall removal with a 1900 pound steel beam installation), there will always be delays and communication miscues, but the passion and dedication from Henry and his team made up for those issues.<br><br>At the end of the day, the kitchen and bathroom with the flooring, tile, cabinets, paint, etc is excellent. We had several compliments from not only friends and neighbors, but even the building inspector gave Henry very high praise.<br><br>I highly recommend Modern Kitchens and Bath!!”

The tile we had was not easy to work with and chipped easily, but he took amazing care when setting in the large wood slat tiles and the floral mosaics.<br><br>Derek also took amazing attention to detail when he was installing the fixtures making sure everything was centered and lined up and sealed.<br><br>Overall we had a great experience from start to end and I recommend them to anyone who's looking to do a beautiful remodel in their home on a reasonable budget.”

While the quality of their work is very good there was some quality issue that we needed addressed. This to me was one the best qualities of Elegant construction, when we communicated our concerns Eddie didn't make excuses or make us feel uncomfortable about communicating our concerns , he just said " I'll send someone out to fix it" which he did almost immediately. And lastly before we made our final payment he personally came to inspect the job and asked if we were satisfied and if there was anything that needed to be addressed before we made our final payment. At the end of the day Eddie told me what they were going to do and did what he said he would do, to me that's all you can ask for from a contractor. I highly recommend Elegant Construction.”
